This policy is designed for Operators of Markets, Car Boot Sales, Craft Fairs, Antique Fairs and the like. Cover includes Public Liability (up to £5,000,000) and offers the optional Employers’ Liability at £10,000,000 (or statutory limit in respect of Terrorism). The policy also includes cover for up to £2,500 of office equipment for free! As well as having an inhouse facility for this type of business we also place business with a variety of Insurers depending on your specific requirements.

To apply for this cover it is advised that you download a copy of the following forms:

Proposal form - ... this provides the information relative to the scheme and will need to be printed, completed (in full) and sent to the office before cover can be started.
Regulatory Disclosure* - ... this document is provided in conjunction with and approved by the FSA to make sure you understand the nature of the service being provided by us. It also details what our legal obligations are to you as a client and what to do if you have any complaints or queries.

Demands & Needs* - ... very similar to the Regulatory Disclosure, but gives confirmation of the cover requested.
