This policy is a more comprehensive insurance package than the starter policy and is designed for UK domiciled Market Traders. The policy cover includes Public and Products Liability at £5,000,000 and Employers’ Liability at £10,000,000 (or statutory limit in respect of terrorism). Plus stock, theft, Business Interruption, Legal Helplines and Vat/Inland Revenue Investigation.

To apply for this cover it is advised that you download a copy of the following forms:

Proposal form - ... this provides the information relative to the scheme and will need to be printed, completed (in full) and sent to the office before cover can be started.

Regulatory Disclosure* - ... this document is provided in conjunction with and approved by the FSA to make sure you understand the nature of the service being provided by us. It also details what our legal obligations are to you as a client and what to do if you have any complaints or queries.

Demands & Needs* - ... very similar to the Regulatory Disclosure, but gives confirmation of the cover requested.
